Miami Intermodal Center – Metrorail Station
The project consisted of the design of a new transit station within the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) which includes the station platform and canopy plus intermodal connection passages. Location: Miami, Florida Size of Project: 101,000 square feet Completion Date: 2010

Florida Turnpike Service Plaza Renovations
This Design-Build project consisted of the design of new facility buildings at the Florida Turnpike Service Plazas of Pompano Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce/Port St. Lucie, Fort Drum, Canoe Creek and Turkey Lake. Also includes the renovation of existing food court buildings at the service plaza of West Palm Beach, Canoe Creek and Turkey Lake. Address: Florida Turnpike Size of Project: -5 new convenience stores of 10,800 sq ft. each -2 new food court restaurants of 48,000 sq ft. each -Renovation of 3 existing food court restaurants of 63,000 sq ft. Completion Date: By Phase – 2011-2014

Doral Police Substation
Design-Build facility is a 1-story CMU structure totaling 12,700 sf with associated parking spaces. The building includes a 1,870 sf community room, secure parking area for 57 vehicles and visitor area for 106 vehicles. Location: Doral, Florida Size of Project: 12,700 square feet Completion Date: 2018

MIA Mover Station
This project involved the design of a train station/maintenance facility for an electric, driverless, rubber train system linking MIA with the Miami Intermodal Center. The building is a combination of passenger station and maintenance facility located on the third level between the Flamingo and Dolphin parking garages and connected to the airports third-level moving walkways. Location: Miami, Florida Size of Project: 43,500 square feet Completion Date: 2011
