New 8-story, 150 room hotel has a nautical-inspired design, including cruise ship elements and photography of marine life throughout common areas, hallways and rooms, according to Hotel at Marina Bay. The project consists of the design of a 640,000 sf, 22-story South Tower, a 900,000 sf, 37-story North Tower, a 60,000 sf, 5-story Canyon Ranch Spa with pool / plaza level on the roof and the complete renovation of the 1950’s historic 17-story Carillon Hotel building. The project consists of the design of a tiered 23-story mixed-use residential tower with 166 guest rooms, 40 hotel condominiums and 28 private residences. The lower 6 levels contain a parking garage, a 2-story, 23,000 sf spa, a 10,595-sf ballroom and a 29,000-sf landscaped pool deck with infinity pool and whirlpools on the roof of the parking garage. The project consists of a 46-story luxury condominium featuring 39 exclusive full floor units with unobstructed 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal Waterway from the floor to ceiling windows. A terrace wraps each floor in a shady walk-around veranda that protects the glass from the sun. Glass balustrade form horizontal bands which change from floor to floor.
