Industrial Projects
Experience in Industrial Buildings:
DDA Engineers, P.A, has been involved in the structural design of industrial buildings since the mid-1980s, having designed over 500 warehouse buildings ranging from 20,000 square feet to 1,000,000 square feet for the South Florida market, and a few in Central Florida and Tampa Bay area.
Our projects used a variety of structural systems, from concrete block walls, tilt-up concrete panels, structural steel roof framing, precast roof framings, precisely selected to satisfy the developer’s and market requirements. Our experience in this type of building has evolved along the more stringent building codes, the necessity of larger and taller buildings and developing ingenious solutions to incorporate architectural signatures, always with the purpose of preserving reasonable constructions costs.
The following are examples of some of our latest projects.
