DDA Engineers, P.A. provides objective, third-party peer review services. We will thoroughly review a structural design to confirm that it meets all applicable building code requirements. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Reviewing the EOR’s construction documents and calculations
- Using computer software and/or calculations to independently create models for specific structural elements
We look for inconsistencies, errors, omissions, outdated information and specifications, and any possible issues. Each review concludes with a report that specifically details any incidences where the current design does not meet building code requirements so that deficiencies can be corrected.
